Personal Assistant



I have exclusively partnered with an established organisation to recruit an experienced Personal Assistant to support the Managing Director.


  • Provide administrative support to the Managing Director
  • Manage the busy email inbox
  • Deal with incoming queries from clients via phone and email
  • Prepare correspondence on behalf of the MD
  • Assist in the preparation of quotes
  • Ensure the MD has all necessary documentation for client visits and meetings
  • Arrange brochures/proposals for use during business development opportunities
  • Manage the list of debtors
  • Ensure deliveries are processed and liaise with other areas of the business regarding same
  • Other related ad-hoc duties as necessary


  • 3+ years experience in a similar busy role supporting management
  • Experience dealing with quotations/tenders is preferred
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Flexible and adaptable to suit business needs
  • Highly organised with the ability to multi-task and prioritise effectively
  • Excellent administration skills and attention-to-detail
  • High proficiency in MS Office
