Recruitment Coordinator

Cork

Permanent

My client, an established consultancy business is recruiting a Recruitment Coordinator with end to end high volume recruitment and onsite candidate management. Remote working can be offered.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process
  • Source candidates for temporary positions
  • Advertise roles as they open
  • Utilise a variety of sourcing methods to build a strong candidate pipeline
  • Manage and update the internal database
  • Coordination of onsite temporary staff including acting as a point of contact for candidate queries/issues
  • Build and maintain strong business relationships
  • Suggest and implement improvements to the recruitment process
  • Provide administrative support to the recruitment team

Requirements

  • 1-2 years experience in a busy Recruitment Coordinator/Agency Recruiter role
  • Qualification in HR or similar relevant area
  • Experience with high volume temporary staffing
  • Strong sourcing skills and experience with a range of sourcing methods
  • Knowledge of the Construction/Health & Safety sector is beneficial
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong organisational skills and the ability to multi-task and prioritise effectively
  • Team player who is flexible and adaptable to suit business needs
  • Excellent administration skills and attention-to-detail
  • High proficiency in MS Office and experience with ATS systems
