Job description

Sigmar Recruitment are looking for an IT Engineer for one of our clients based in Dublin. This is a permanent opportunity with a well-established and trusted Managed IT Services provider.

 

Requirements:

 

  • As an IT Engineer, you will need to have at least 3+ years current experience in 2nd level technical support, helpdesk and remote support work within a Microsoft environment using Windows 10, Office365, Active Directory with an interest in networking.
  • Ability to work on Multiple Customer sites on a Project-by-project basis
  • IT skills Microsoft related e.g., Office 365, windows etc.
  • Windows 10
  • Office 365
  • Active Directory, DNS, DHCP
  • Firewalls, switches, access points including VLAN’s and VPN
  • Azure knowledge is a bonus
  • Excellent people, communication, customer service skills
  • Based in Ireland right now, and legal to work here
  • Good English with excellent communication skills
