Quality Manager

Job description

In this job you will provide Technical Leadership for the Quality function & for the site. This is an excellent opportunity for a Quality Manager looking to make an impact with a large global Company.

What You Will Do:

  • Lead the Quality function and organisation in order to ensureimprovements to overall quality and compliance
  • Build & Promote a culture of Total Quality Management across the entire business unit
  • Recruit & Develop team members to support the function
  • Analyse & monitor trends within the function to predict future requirements by managing the functions budget, employees, procuring equipment
  • Ensure that the Quality Management System meets all regulatory requirements and that these requirements are consistently implemented and maintained
  • Review and approve CAPA actions in conjunction with Quality Systems
  • Act as representative on the site management team in the development, leadership and management of the site
  • Collaborate with cross functional teams to provide guidance and resources for continuous improvement

What You Will Need:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Science related field
  • Minimum 10 years of quality management experience or equivalent in the medical device industry and/or FDA regulated environment
  • Must have experience in people leadership role (at least 3 to 5 years)
  • Demonstrated knowledge and application of Design Controls
