Looking for an experienced Account Executive to join an EMEA Sales team in a leading software company in Galway. You will be responsible for driving outbound sales, cross-selling and inbound selling.
- Find new revenue opportunities from both inbound leads and target cross-sell accounts.
- Quickly identify business challenges that customers are currently facing, take the time to understand their business goals and desired future state, work with them on a strategy that delivers against these goals
- Working with solution Engineers to present product demonstrations to prospective clients
- Consistently close new business each month/quarter at or above quota level
- Work in collaboration with other internal stakeholders to evolve the sales strategy when new features and products are introduced
- 2+ years’ experience as an Account Executive/Inside Sales – with a software / technology company
- High performer, with a proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales KPIs and revenue targets
- Discovery Mindset, Curious, with a passion for learning, success and progression
- An understanding of how businesses grow, and confidence advising C-level executives on growth strategies
- Highly motivated and accountable, with a ‘can-do’ attitude and proven track record of winning new business (new logos and/or cross-sell into existing customers)
- Comfortable with conversations that may become technical and detail oriented
- Proven experience in management of Monthly and quarterly pipeline and accuracy in forecasting
- Proficient in Salesforce or similar CRM software is a plus
