My client, a well-established in the Engineering space is recruiting an Administrator to support their validation team. This is a non-technical role reporting to the Validation Manager.

Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative support to the validation team
  • Manage project documentation
  • Manage the validation schedule
  • Act as a point of contact for clients
  • Liaise with the validation team to ensure leads are followed up on
  • Liaise with suppliers and other third-party stakeholders
  • Other related ad-hoc duties as required

Requirements

  • 2+ years experience in an administrative role
  • Experience in an engineering environment or similar is preferred
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong stakeholder management
  • Highly organised with excellent attention to detail
  • Ability to multi-task and prioritise effectively
  • Flexible and adaptable to suit business needs
  • Experience with lab/technical documentation is beneficial
  • Strong administration and IT skills
  • Highly proficient in MS Office suite and comfortable with various systems
