Clinic/Sales Coordinator

 

Our client is seeking clinic/sales coordinators to join their busy offices based in Kildare/West Dublin.  Candidates will have strong customer service experience and ideally some experience working in an office environment.

 

Responsibilities include:

  • Diary Management.
  • Customer service via F2F, phone and email.
  • Facilities and Equipment maintenance.
  • Database management.
  • Processing of sales orders.
  • Maintain weekly/monthly reports.
  • Participating in Marketing activities.

 

Requirements:

  • Strong customer service and communication skills.
  • Previous sales administration experience.
  • Ideally experience in an office environment.
  • Proficient in MS Office.
  • Full clean drivers licence.
