€25,000 (+bonus)

My client, a well-established Irish organisation in the FMCG sector is recruiting a Sales Administrator to join their existing team in Cork (East) due to continued expansion. Some flexibility with working hours can be offered.

Responsibilities

  • Acting as the first point of contact for inbound queries and sales calls
  • Provide excellent customer service
  • Process inbound sales
  • General sales administration
  • Resolve any issues and escalate where necessary
  • Monitor stock levels and ensure any discrepancies are rectified
  • Up-sell where possible
  • Liaise with others on the team and throughout the business as necessary
  • Other related duties as required

Requirements

  • Previous experience in similar role
  • Experience in the Food/FMCG sector is beneficial
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Customer focused approach
  • Have an interest in progressing into a sales role
  • Proficiency in MS Office including Excel
