Dublin (Remote)


My client, a globally recognised organisation in the tech sector, is looking for a Recruiter to join their existing team. This role is initially an 11-month contract working remotely with a view to returning to the office when it is safe to do so.


  • Source candidates through various methods
  • Screen high volumes of applications
  • Manage end-to-end hiring process for candidates
  • Liaise with hiring managers and other stakeholders and ensure regular and timely updates are provided
  • Communicate and collaborate with cross-functional teams as necessary
  • Build and maintain strong business relationships both internally and externally
  • Ensure a positive candidate experience for all applicants including providing clear and timely feedback


  • 2+ years experience in a recruitment role (either in-house or agency)
  • Demonstrated ability to thrive in a fast-paced, agile and high-volume environment
  • Strong candidate sourcing skills and experience utilising a variety of methods
  • Experience in the tech industry is preferred
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong stakeholder management
  • Ability to build and maintain strong business relationships
  • Flexible and adaptable to meet business needs
  • Highly organised with excellent time management and the ability to multi-task and prioritise effectively
  • Ability to think outside the box and come up with innovative ways to address problems
  • Positive attitude to work
  • Strong administration and IT skills including experience with ATS
