Our client is a well established and innovative financial services provided based in the heart of Dublin 2 with a branch network nationwide. They are currently have an exciting opening or an experience Senior HR Business Partner to join their proactive and professional HR Team. The role will work with leaders in the business to ensure a seamless and encouraging employee experience along with being involved in transformational people projects.
A little more about you:
• 5 years working at HR Business Partner level in a professional services organisation.
• Track record in creating and implementing HR projects and change management.
• Strong stakeholder management background including management coaching.
• Experience in talent development, succession planning, performance management and employee relations.
• Strong employment law knowledge.
• Great communications skills and a passion for collaboration to achieve organisation goals.
