HR Business Partner
Our client, a market leader in the Financial Services sector have a new job opening for a Business Partner on their Human Resources Team. This is a fantastic opportunity with a well-known company and a fantastic package available for the right candidate.
• Working closely with HR team and supporting Head of HR BP
• Leading planning, communication and implementation of HR interventions, services, processes or policies efficiently
• Coach, mentor, improve and evaluate business leaders on performance
• Implement and collaborate on organisational change programmes
• Employee engagement and motivation to continue a high performance ethos
• Review and evaluate Policies & Procedures
What we are looking for:
• 5 years experience at Business Partner level, in all specialisms of HR.
• CIPD Qualified
• Strong knowledge of Irish Employment Law
• Leadership skills related to organisational change programmes full cycle
• Demonstrated experience at Senior HR Level and a comprehensive understanding of HR policies and process
