  • Training
  • Report Management Using Smart Sheet

 Skills & Competencies:

  • At least 3 years’ experience as a Team Leader in a Customer Service/Call Centre environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Self-motivated, proactive nature
  • Good time management and organisational skills
  • Ability to work under pressure meeting challenging deadlines in an efficient and competent manner
  • Excellent IT skills require
  • Experience of automation of processes, an advantage
