Ideal candidate must have the following experience
- Operations
- People Management
- Training
- Report Management Using Smart Sheet
Skills & Competencies:
- At least 3 years’ experience as a Team Leader in a Customer Service/Call Centre environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Self-motivated, proactive nature
- Good time management and organisational skills
- Ability to work under pressure meeting challenging deadlines in an efficient and competent manner
- Excellent IT skills require
- Experience of automation of processes, an advantage
