Seeking an experienced Team Leader/Supervisor to join regulatory electrical contractors based in Dublin 12. This role will involve supervising an administration team of 15 people and involvement in multiple Projects. The role will report to Operations Manager.
Candidates must have previous people management experience, ideally coming from a call-centre or customer service background.
- Delegating and Scheduling workload to staff.
- Manage productivity and prioritising tasks.
- Putting together improvement plans.
- Preparation of reports.
- Management of team performance and KPI’s.
- Staff training.
- Conducting team meetings.
- 2-3 years supervisor/team leader experience.
- Strong communication skills.
- Strong organisational skills.
- Advanced IT Skills.
