You do not need to have technical experience or knowledge for this role as extensive training is given 

In your new job as a German Customer Service representative, you will be doing the following:

Providing a Customer journey for German Customers making sure that you give the highest quality.

Responding to queries, in German via phone, email and tickets.

Taking the initiative for the German market to make sure that you can take them through all the steps needed to create a great website.
