Job description
A large Irish plc in the financial services world is looking for a finance business partner specifically with IFRS9 exposure to join the finance team.
Main duties:
- Lead annual IFRS9 budgeting process
- Review key impairment-related documents
- challenge IFRS models
- design, manage and implement reporting process and analysis of the same
- financial planning and analysis
- Evaluate strategic proposals and assess financial and regulatory impacts
- Management of more junior people in the team
- Preparation of board papers and present to the senior management
- All other work related to IFRS9
Requirements to be successful:
- Qualified accountant with strong IFRS 9 exposure
- strong business partnering and financial analysis
- Must have at least 5 years exp within a finance role in banking
- Must have strong financial modeling experience - exposure to building models
What's on offer:
Permanent role - €70,000 - €80,000 + Car/ Pension/ Club Sub/ 26 Days AL
