Customer Service Team Lead with languages

Job description

Job Title: Customer Service Team Lead 

Type of contract: 12 month maternity leave contract

Location: Galway City

Department: Supply Chain

This Team Lead will be responsible for the full Order Management process and will manage and provide support to a team of experienced Order Management employees.

Team Lead Job Responsibilities:

  • Ensure all orders received are compliant with company policies and supply chain procedures.
  • Manage necessary changes to the products and systems and handle urgent requests for parts.
  • Maintain excellent responsiveness levels to both dealers and direct customers.

 

Qualifications & Experience needed for this job:

  • Degree, preferably in a business related discipline plus 4 + years business experience.
  • Team Management experience.
  • Experience with Oracle or other similar ERP systems.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Fluency in English and one of the following, French, German, Spanish, Italian is essential.
