- You will lead diagnosing and resolving complex user/customer issues.
- You will be admin on the Power BI and Dynamics systems
- You will manage all incident details are recorded correctly
- You will support the roll - out of new applications
- You will build relationship and manage 3rd party vendors
- Project work on integrations and improvements to systems
- Continuous documentation of development and processes
- A degree in Computer Science or an equivalent
- 5+ years’ experience in a L2/ L3 Technical Support Role.
- 2 years of Microsoft Power BI experience
- Experience creating Dashboards, Reports
- Manage Datasets, linking of different datasets
- Exceelent knowledge of SQL, T-SQL
- 2 years experience of CRM administration
- Proficiency in creating Java Scripts
- Excellent knowledge of application support skills
- Relationship building and stakeholder management
