Personal Assistant – FTC

Our client is seeking an experienced personal assistant to cover a 6-month FTC with an immediate start date. Office will be based in Ballymount, Dublin 12.

Candidates must have 1-2 years’ experience supporting senior management, excellent communication skills and the ability to work on own initiative.

Responsibilities include:

  • Diary Management to leadership team.
  • Attending management meetings and taking minutes.
  • Event Coordination.
  • Assist with ad-hoc projects.
  • Record Management.
  • Stock maintenance.


  • 1-2 years PA experience.
  • Strong IT skills.
  • Good Communicator and relationship management skills.
  • A self-starter with ability to work on own initiative.
