Personal Assistant – FTC
Our client is seeking an experienced personal assistant to cover a 6-month FTC with an immediate start date. Office will be based in Ballymount, Dublin 12.
Candidates must have 1-2 years’ experience supporting senior management, excellent communication skills and the ability to work on own initiative.
- Diary Management to leadership team.
- Attending management meetings and taking minutes.
- Event Coordination.
- Assist with ad-hoc projects.
- Record Management.
- Stock maintenance.
- 1-2 years PA experience.
- Strong IT skills.
- Good Communicator and relationship management skills.
- A self-starter with ability to work on own initiative.
