Job Title - Office Administrator
Reporting to Facility Manager, the Office Administrator is required to provide efficient and effective administrative support to the Senior Management Team.
The key tasks associated with this job will be to provide effective office administration support to include compilation and collation of reports/spreadsheets, formatting operation procedures, scheduling interviews and assisting with the time and attendance system.

Other duties / responsibilities of the job will include:
Offer administrative support across the organisation
Ensure the smooth running of the Office is maintained
Support the HR Manager with various duties as well as supporting accounts and payroll team with administration
Organise internal and external events as needed

The ideal candidate for the job will have:
A minimum of 5 years administrative experience in a busy professional environment within a multinational organisation
First class IT skills with a high level of proficiency in the full suite of Microsoft Office applications
Ability to plan, organise, monitor assigned tasks to a high standard and meet deadlines
Excellent attention to detail and high levels of accuracy and previous finance or accounting experience would be an added advantage
