Engineering Administrator




Due to continued expansion, my client is recruiting an Engineering Administrator to join their team in North Cork.


  • Provide administrative support to the project team
  • Document control
  • Provide administrative support on various projects
  • Ensure high standards of compliance and carry out internal audits
  • Coordinate Quality Management System
  • Support the procurement team
  • Liaise with other teams such as Finance, Procurement, Sales and Marketing as required
  • Build and maintain strong business relationships
  • Other related ad-hoc duties


  • Previous experience in a similar role Engineering Administrator/Document Controller/Project Coordinator
  • Experience in a regulated environment is beneficial
  • Strong communications skills and stakeholder management
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
  • Highly organised with the ability to multi-task and prioritise effectively
  • Experience in coordinating Quality Management System is beneficial
  • Highly proficient in MS Office suite
