Part Time Payroll 40k pro rata - Dublin 2

Job description

My client within the financial services industry have a requirement for an experienced payroll executive on a part time basis . You will be involved in managing payrolls, calculating benefits and dealing with all day to day queries

RESPONSIBILITIES
• Assist with the accurate and timely end to end processing of the monthly payroll
• Administration of Starters, Leavers and Ad hoc salary changes
• Administration of employee benefits
• Provide support with the administration and onboarding of expats
• Main point of contact for employee queries
• Quarterly CSO Reporting
• Managing Revenue submissions
• Payroll presentations to new hires as part of Induction/Onboarding process
• Assist with annual audit queries

REQUIREMENTS
• 3-4 years strong payroll – must have managed payrolls of 300 employees or more
• IPASS Qualified
• Strong systems and excel skills
• Must have in house payroll exp in recent roles not Bureau
