Investment Manager Dublin City Centre

Qualified accountant with at least 5 years’ experience in life insurance/financial services.

The key responsibilities are: • Oversight of Investment Managers and Custodians, including fund and unit pricing oversight, regulatory and breach reporting.

• Creation, collation and interpretation of investment reports for Management Committees.

• Responsible for Unit Pricing Committee and Asset and Liability Committee including production of papers, chairing meetings and presenting reports. • Preparation and presentation of Board Investment Reports.

• Manage a team of 2 direct reports

• Cost Management, including budgeting, forecasting and expense reporting.

5 years’ experience in Life Assurance/Insurance/Financial Services industry is important. • Previous management experience required. • Experience in investment accounting/reporting/management preferable. • Ability to complete reporting packs to a very high standard and tight timeframe. • Ability to deal with people at all levels both internally and externally to the group • Excellent communication skills • Strong analytical and computer skills (Excel, Powerpoint and Word) • Planning and organisation – good time management, ability to work to tight deadlines.
