Customer Service Expert - French, German & Japanese;

My client are a software company providing cloud based web development solutions

Day to day in this Customer Service job will include: 

  • Ensuring user satisfaction through insight analysis on user behaviour & content suitability 
  • Providing tech solutions to ensure customer satisfaction 
  • Developing and maintaining customer relations 
  • Working with all relevant departments to ensure all customer needs are being met 

For this Customer Service job you will need: 

  • Experience in a Customer Service role before
  • Fluent in English and either French, German or Japanese 
  • Knowledge/ interest in technology
