Recruitment Specialist – 12 Month Temp

Large Public Sector organisation with an attractive city centre location seeking a Recruitment Specialist for a 12 month temporary assignment. This is a busy role for somebody with a strong track record in recruitment.

Ideal Profile:
• Approx. 5 years+ recruitment experience.
• Comfortable with ATS and systems in general.
• Previous experience recruiting for a broad variety of roles, but successful recruiters from any sector will be considered.
• In house end to end recruitment experience is essential.
• Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills. You will be working closely with senior management across the organisation.

The Role:
This role will sit on the HR team and will be partnering with multiple Hiring Managers across the business. It is an end to end recruitment role, hiring for a variety of positions including Technical (Engineering), Finance, Administrative, and more. The role will also entail supporting the HR team when required. You will have autonomy to review and improve the recruitment process in line with best practice.
