Level 2 IT Support Engineer

Job description

This is a great opportunity for a Level 2 IT Support Engineer to join a well established company in Dublin 4. You will join a small team and there is great potential for career progression.

You will be working remotely half of the week. 

What you will do:

  • Provide Support for the Finance IT Group
  • Support 1000+ users across a Global group
  • Administration and support of the Financial Consolidation system (Oracle EPM Suite)
  • Ongoing development of all applications within Financial Consolidation System (Oracle EPM Suite) HFM, HSS, FDMEE and FR.
  • Development and management of the Helpdesk ticketing system
  • Day to day compliance tasks as set out by Group standards

What you need: 

  • Experience working within Level 1 and Level 2 IT Support 
  • Strong troubleshooting / problem solving skills
  • Experience working with Oracle is an advantage 
  • Previous experience in Finance environment is an advantage but not required
