Recruiter – Large Tech MNC
Large MNC in the tech industry looking for an In-House Recruitment Specialist to join Dublin city centre team. This is a busy role and we are looking for somebody with a proven track record in high volume recruitment.
• 360 Recruitment for a variety of positions, including some senior hires in the tech space.
• Liaise with relevant stakeholders in the recruitment process; from coordinators to consultants to hiring managers.
• Analyse methods and processes in order to identify potential improvements or streamlining opportunities.
• Ability to understand the multiple, evolving roles and their particular requirements and markets.
• Provide a first class candidate experience throughout.
The Ideal Candidate:
• Minimum 4 years+ Recruitment experience, preferably with some in-house experience.
• Experience working with a variety of Hiring Managers simultaneously.
• Enthusiastic “can-do” attitude, comfortable working in a fast paced environment
• Analytical mind-set with, comfortable with reporting and metrics.
• High Achiever – Proven success in high volume recruitment or with specific hard to fill roles.
