Senior HR Generalist

Cork

FTC

My client, a multinational organisation in the technology sector is recruiting a Senior HR Generalist to join their team in Cork. This is an exciting role for a dynamic HR professional looking to progress in their HR career.

Responsibilities

  • Act as the HRBP for the Cork site which is the European Headquarters
  • Co-ordinate onsite L&D programme including TNA
  • Drive HR projects and initiatives
  • Liaise with the wider HR team both locally and globally
  • Build and maintain strong professional relationships both internally and externally
  • Provide coaching and guidance on people management and HR related issues
  • Assist with performance management and the annual performance appraisal process
  • Build and maintain HRIS to ensure accurate data management, reporting and analytics
  • Active involvement with the recruitment process including developing job descriptions and advising on appropriate compensation and benefits
  • Work with the EMEA HR team to ensure competitive compensation and benefits plans are on offer throughout the region
  • Drive a culture of GDPR compliance and audit readiness
  • Oversee the new hire process including the issuing of contracts and on-boarding documentation and assisting with induction
  • Lead the development and implementation of H&S policy
  • Other related ad-hoc duties as required

Requirements

  • Minimum 4 years experience in a HR role
  • Degree in Human Resources Management or similar relevant area
  • CIPD membership is preferred
  • Demonstrated ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
  • Previous experience in a multinational environment is preferred
  • Experience across the full range of HR activities
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal and influencing skills
  • Strong stakeholder management and the ability to build and maintain strong professional relationships
  • Highly organised with excellent attention to detail
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and good judgement
  • Flexible and adaptable with a pro-active approach
  • Highly proficient in MS Office and comfortable with various systems e.g. HRIS, LMS, ERP
