Do you have previous call centre/customer service experience?

Do you have excellent written and verbal communication skills?

Are you available IMMEDIATELY and can commit to a 3 month temporary assignment?

 

We are seeking multiple temporary customer service staff for assignments based in Dublin City Centre.

Responsibilities include:

  • Inbound and outbound phone calls.
  • Processing of applications.
  • Processing of Payments.
  • Answering internal and external email queries.
  • Data Entry.
  • Management of CRM systems.

 

Requirements:

  • Excellent customer service skills and experience.
  • Experience in an office or call centre environment.
  • Strong IT skills.
