IT Support Engineer

Job description

My client in looking for an experienced Systems Support Engineer to join Cyber Security team enhancing authentication capabilities for multiple applications.

 

The Role

  • Collaboration and communication across all levels the business
  • Maintain metrics and visibility to stakeholders
  • Evaluate and oversee technical requirements and implementation
  • Assist with maturity and standardisation PMO practices for development
  • Guide and coach teams

 

What you need:

  • 3+ years’ IT Support experience  
  • Strong understanding TCP/IP network functions
  • Familiarity with ITIL
  • Previously managed/ supported applications in virtual infrastructure (VMWare)
  • Must have 2+ years Microsoft windows and Unix experience
  • Has worked in Globally distributed teams

Desirable

  • Application security experience (CISSP cert an advantage)
  • Azure Active Directory
  • Single-Sign-On
