- Investigate, negotiate, and resolve litigation claims within agreed authority limit.
- Liaise with relevant stakeholders including solicitors and expert witnesses regarding trial strategy where appropriate.
- Identify potential settlement opportunities and manage legal costs for claims.
- Attend court to manage cases where appropriate.
- Other duties as required.
About the Company
Your new company are a leading Irish insurance company with operations in Dublin City Centre. They are known as one of the top employers in the insurance industry. They are looking to add an experienced Litigation Claims Handler to their team on a contract basis.
- 10 years’ experience in General insurance claims.
- Previous litigation claims experience.
- Good knowledge of EL, PL, Motor and Property claims.
