- Ensure all claims are handled in accordance with internal and external procedures and regulations.
- Identify areas in claims process that require improvement and work with management and team leads to update processes.
- Deliver periodic reports on performance of claims department to management.
- Assist with external audits.
- Other duties as required.
About the Company
Your new company are a leading Irish insurance company with operations in Dublin City Centre, known as one of the top employers in the insurance industry. They are looking to add a Claim QA Analyst to their Business Support team.
- 5 years’ experience in General insurance, some in a claims roles.
- Minimum of 1 years’ experience in a quality assurance role.
- Good knowledge of EL, PL, Motor and Property claims.
