L&D Specialist, 6mth Contract – JW130
A leading multinational financial services organisation is seeking to hire an experienced L&D Specialist to support their Dublin operation based in the IFSC. Your role will be to ensure that all employees have sufficient training to do their roles by managing the L&D System, upskilling trainings and coordinating the training activities including all documents and materials. You will also work with stakeholders across the organisation to conducts training needs analysis and develop training plans.
To apply for this role you will ideally have a minimum of 3 years L&D experience ideally within Financial Services and with a proven track record in evidence based training methodologies. You should also have a passion for training and the ability to influence others with a focus on coaching styles.
This is a 6-month contract however there is a view to extension / permanency however this is no guaranteed.
