Job description

Urgent requirement for a Network Support Engineer to join financial institution on innovative and strategic Cloud computing team. Be a part of high achieving team using modern computing paradigms.

 

The Role

  • Improving performance cloud network
  • Increase reliability connectivity
  • Working on virtual networks AWS/Azure
  • Solving connectively and performance issues
  • Operational support
  • Monitoring, documentation and cause analysis
  • Customer facing role

 

What you need:

  • 4+ years’ experience in L2/L3 support role 
  • Experience with TCP/IP Network and protocols 
  • Previously supported operating systems: Windows Servers and Linux
  • Scripting experience highly desirable 
  • Previous experience with Azure and/or AWS (1 year)

Desirable

  • AWS or Azure certification
