Job description

Job Title:                    Membership Administration Officer 

Our client is looking for an experience administrator with excellent attention to detail and strong communication skills.

Main duties & Responsibilities:

Provide advice and guidance to existing & potential members

Administration and processing of member applications

Responsible for administration of paperwork and documents on a day to day basis

Ensure all procedures and policies are followed.

Support line manager with general administration duties

Liaise with members directly and manage the process in a smooth and concise manner

 

Experience required:

A third level qualification

Minimum of 3 years’ experience in an administrative / regulatory role

Knowledge of and/or interest in education and training

Full, clean driving licence essential
