Personal Assistant

 

Our client, an estate management company based in Dublin City Centre, is seeking an experienced PA to join their team. This personal will be supporting the Managing Director and the Head of Finance. Ideally candidates will have worked in a similar role previously and have previously supported members of senior management. This is a permanent role.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Administrative support to MD and Head of Finance.
  • Diary Management.
  • Arranging meetings, meeting room coordination.
  • Attending meetings and taking minutes.
  • Travel Arrangements.
  • Supporting company projects.
  • Typing of reports and other important documentation.
  • Other ad-hoc duties including arranging catering, teas and coffees.

 

Requirements:

  • Strong administration/PA experience.
  • Proficient in MS Office.
  • Team Player.
  • Strong communication skills.
