Compliance Specialist

Our leading pharmaceutical client is looking for an experienced Compliance Specialist to join their team in Cork. This is an 11-month contract.

Job responsibilities:

  • Support the Vaccine compliance plan and generation of quality metrics
  • Complete and review and approval of documentation
  • Tracking and directing follow-up activities, to correct any non-conformity
  • Participation in the preparation and hosting of regulatory and customer audits
  • GMP training to personnel
  • Investigating minor Deviations
  • Provide Compliance guidance to Operating procedures
  • Review Deviation Trends and identify effective CAPA’s
  • Proactive monitoring of CAPAs, to ensure holistic trends are resolved
  • Participate in Quality Risk Management

The successful candidate will have:

  • Degree in Science or Engineering
  • Minimum 5 years’ experience in Biopharmaceutical or Pharmaceutical industry
  • Technical knowledge and experience in compliance (GMP, Engineering, Technical)
  • Knowledge and experience in applying Lean Six Sigma and Lean methodologies
  • SOX Compliance knowledge
