The role: New role – good opportunity for someone to come in and put their stamp on it. It seems like this person is the go between for the Fund Accounting team and the Service Implementation team. They will not be involved in day to day Fund Accounting. Their role is to wrap up whatever change/launch is happening and pass on to the FA team.

Duties:
Day to day interaction and support of our fund accounting team
Responsible for ensuring successful product launch, change etc. within the team.
Recruitment, training, development, coaching and motivation.
Management of relationships with key internal and external stakeholders,
Production of management information for key stakeholders,
Implementation and maintenance of an effective control framework to ensure the integrity of the books and records of all products

Your skills and experience:
Management experience
Strong Fund accounting product knowledge
Bachelor’s degree in accountancy or Finance desired but not essential
Excellent communication skills
Strong planning skills
