Accounts Payable exec- Part Time

Job description

My client within the financial services space have a perm requirement for a part time AP executive. You must have worked within the financial services or insurance sector and this must be your most recent experience . You will have 3 years or more within AP experience 

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Processing of large volumes of AP invoices 
  • Preparation of bank reconcilliations 
  • dealing with all AP queries and resolving of issues 
  • assisting with month end from an AP perspective 
  • Project work within AP 

REQUIREMENTS 

  • 3 years strong AP from financial services or Insurance 
  • Must have worked within an fast paced high volume environment 
  • strong systems experience - worked with SAP or Oracle
