In-house Tech Recruiter

Dublin

Contract

 

Sigmar Recruitment are currently recruiting for several In-house Technical Recruiter positions in various locations across Dublin county.

The successful candidate will be embedded into the internal recruitment team for a fixed time period. This is a great opportunity for any In-house or Agency Recruiter to diversify and enhance their skills in different markets.  

Responsibilities

  • Collaboration with HRBPs in effective manner to ensure HR & Recruitment strategies are aligned
  • Managing relationships with internal & external stakeholders in the business such as hiring managers and other recruitment agencies
  • Full end to end management of the recruitment cycle
  • Overseeing the entire interview process
  • Assist in conducting reference checks for potential employees as needed
  • Other duties as assigned. 

Requirements

  • Ideally minimum 2 years’ experience in an In-house Recruitment role in the Tech industry
  • Experience covering the full recruitment cycle
  • Focused on providing a positive candidate experience
