In-house Tech Recruiter
My client, a global name in social media is seeking an In-house Tech Recruiter to join their existing team due to their continued rapid growth.
- Liaise with hiring managers and HRBPs to ensure the recruitment strategy is aligned with the overall HR strategy
- Collaborate with hiring managers to assess hiring requirements and ensure they are met in an efficient and timely manner
- Source talent using a variety of methods including job boards, LinkedIn, referrals, your own established network, etc.
- Screen and select candidates based on a range of agreed criteria including experience, ability and cultural fit
- Identify, suggest and implement improvements in the recruitment process
- Where required, lead key initiatives and projects in relation to recruitment in order to improve and grow recruitment
- Manage the entire recruitment cycle from the sourcing and initial engagement to offer and references, ensuring a positive experience for all candidates
- Min 3 years experience in an In-house Recruitment role in the Tech industry
- Experience in a start-up environment is beneficial
- Experience covering the full recruitment cycle
- Demonstrated ability to source candidates of all levels through a variety of methods and platforms
- Highly organised with excellent attention to detail
- Excellent time management skills and the ability to multi-task and prioritise effectively
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent problem-solving skills and a solution-focused approach
- Adaptable, team player with a positive attitude
- Focused on providing a positive candidate experience
