Job description

My technology client is looking for a fluent German speaker to join a high-performing team based in Limerick. 

If you are looking for a new challenge and has no previous experience working in an e-commerce or technology company, then this is the opportunity for you! My client will look at anybody coming from hospitality, media or client facing industries who want to progress their career in the new technology industry. You will have the opportunity to travel in North America, Asia, Africa and Europe.

You will get the chance to work in a multi-national environment with colleagues from over 20 countries!


  • Answer queries via phones, chats and emails in German 
  • Provide strong seller experience- giving quick, accurate and friendly experience
  • Comfort with working under pressure in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong sense of ownership and decision-making abilities with excellent attention to details
  • Positive can-do attitude with a sense of humour


  • Fluency in German and English
  • Minimum 6 months experience in a client/customer facing environment
