Student Support Executive

Currently seeking a Student Support Executive to join membership body in Dublin 2. Ideal candidates must have experience working within a similar industry, ideally education and training organisation.

This role requires a high level of attention to detail, must have excellent communication skills and be fully proficient in Microsoft office.

 

Responsibilities include:

  • Point of contact for all student enquiries.
  • High level of coordination and administration duties.
  • Diary Management
  • Process payments and refunds
  • Filing of application forms
  • Ad-hoc projects assigned by director

 

Requirements: 

Must have experience in a similar role and organisation

3+ years’ experience in administration

Must hold a 3rd level qualification
