French Customer Product Support

Are you a French speaker with experience in customer services and looking for the next career move?

Well this is a large, global  ecommerce organisation with offices worldwide and its Irish Office located in a prime location.They are looking for French speakers for a Customer Service Product executive role for clients and customers.  

 

Responsibilities for this role will include but will not be limited to:

  • Relationship Management with clients and resolving any queries they may have
  • Working alongside and dealing with relevant queries from internal colleagues
  • Dealing with queries via email, phone with huge autonomy on resolving issues
  • Queries may relate to technical or payment issues or even queries you need to do some detective work on! 
  • Full training on company products
  • Busy and varied role

 

 Experience required:

  • Written and spoken fluent French
  • Written and spoken fluent English 
  • 6 months experience within customer services- this can be in an office or a retail environment
  • Ability to multitask in a busy environment
  • Good technical skills
  • A confident speaker on the Telephone
  • Excellent written and spoken communication skills

 

This role comes with a basic salary of up 33k plus a Bonus structure along with 25 Days Holidays and plenty of other excellent benefits!  Also, you get Medical cover, Pension, Free food and more.
