Payroll Executive | Part Time

My client, a international financial services company based in Dublin City Centre are recruiting for a Payroll Executive on a part time basis. (20hrs per week)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist with the accurate and timely end to end processing of the monthly payroll
  • Administration of employee benefits to include club subscriptions, professional fees, company pension and healthcare scheme
  • Provide support with the administration and onboarding of expats
  • Main point of contact for employee queries
  • Managing Revenue submissions
  • Assist with annual audit queries

Key Requirements

  • Previous payroll administration experience (min 2 years)
  • IPASS Qualified essential
  • Previous experience of Megapay system an advantage
  • Excellent attention to detail is essential
  • Excellent working knowledge of Excel
