The successful candidate will join our client’s customer services department to assist customers with their queries regarding pensions, investment funds and retirement schemes.
In this job, you will deliver excellent customer service while handling inbound calls from customers and resolving their queries. You will use three main modes of communication; phone, email and webchat.
