Receptionist/Administrator – City Centre

Seeking experienced Receptionists and Administrators for multiple temporary and permanent positions in the City Centre.

Candidates must have previous office experience, minimum 1 year and have excellent communication skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

• Managing busy switchboard, answering and forwarding calls to relevant departments.
• Meet and greet clients.
• Meeting room coordination.
• Ensuring Reception desk in maintained and kept tidy.
• Calendar management.
• Administrative duties – invoicing/expenses/ad-hoc documentation.
• Minute taking.

• Excellent communication skills.
• Microsoft Office Proficient.
• Excellent presentation skills.
• Ability to prioritize workload.
• Works well under pressure.
