French Customer Service (& Dutch/German/Italian)

Job title: Do you speak fluent French and (German or Dutch or Italian)?

Job opportunity: Our client is seeking a friendly and professional French speaker. This person will also be fluent in Dutch or German or Italian and will work with an office-based Customer Service Team. You don’t need prior office experience however you do need; a genuine interest in working for a global company, a positive “can do” attitude, be keen to learn, a lovely and friendly disposition and fluency in the above mentioned languages.

Type of contract: Depending on your experience, this client may offer a contract of 3 months or permanency. If this is your first job in a corporate environment both you and the employer may agree that an ‘on-the-job’ trial may suit you better until you get up to speed.

Job location: In the beautiful and vibrant Galway City! Our client has offices in the heart of the city close to public transport, car parks, shops, banks and restaurants etc

About the employer:

This is a global company with a small, friendly office in Galway City (approx. 30 people). This role sits in a team of 10 Customer Service Reps. This won’t be an intensely busy call centre environment, you’ll be dealing with business customers mostly by e-mail with some phone calls. You’ll need to be professional and friendly as you’ll be dealing with end users including hospitals and clinics. When you’re fully trained up you’ll have experience in Order Management/Logistics/B2B Customer Service which will be invaluable experience if you’re interested in that area.
