Meeting Services Associate Czech/Slovak

Job description

Great opportunity to join a leading pharmaceutical client based in Cork as a Meeting Services Associate Czech/Slovak. You will be joining a high performing team, supporting the client's meeting owners throughout Europe, Russia, Ukraine & Turkey. You will be providing contracting and payment support to the external Healthcare Professional as well as the internal affiliate business partner.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Handling day-to-day operational queries for contracting to Pay both from external HCP’s and internal business partners.
  • Monitor and prioritize daily operational dashboard to ensure compliance with pre-defined SLAs.
  • Ensure adherence to Anti-Corruption requirements when interacting with and engaging HCP’s
  • Ensure efficient and effective issue resolution across the Contract to Pay process including the pre-contract data management aspects.

REQUIREMENTS

  • 2-3 years’ customer facing experience with excellent communications & compliance skills. Legal/Contracting/Travel & Meetings support experience an advantage
  • Associates Degree (or equivalent work experience)
  • Fluency in English & Czech/Slovak language
