- Provide in depth Root Cause Analysis.
- Identify Resolution Gaps.
- Identify, evaluate and prioritise customer’s problems.
- Knowledge of C#, .Net Framework, and SQL.
- Previous Helpdesk Support Experience.
- Understanding of System Architecture.
