Job description

Great opportunity for an Application Support Engineers to work in an environment using the latest technologies (.Net Core and Azure) for a rapidly growing tech company.

What you will be doing

  • Provide in depth Root Cause Analysis.
  • Identify Resolution Gaps.
  • Identify, evaluate and prioritise customer’s problems.

Job Requirements

  • Knowledge of C#, .Net Framework, and SQL.
  • Previous Helpdesk Support Experience.
  • Understanding of System Architecture.
