What you will do in the admin role:
- Update the internal CRM system.
- You will carry out large order loggings
- Notify internal departments of customers departing supply
- You will provide strong customer service while maintaining a strong relationship with internal and external stakeholders.
- Other Adhoc duties.
What you will need for this role:
- Strong communication skills
- Previous customer support experience.
- 1 years’ working experience.
